Functional medicine is a patient-centred approach that looks at your health as a whole, alongside your doctor’s care. At BRT Oasis of Hope, our functional medicine health coaching looks at your diet, gut, hormones and lifestyle as one system. It starts at our centre in Novena Specialist Center, Singapore.
Are you living with health concerns that never seem to settle? Our functional medicine health coaching gives you a personal plan for food and daily habits, and support while you follow it. See what the programme includes below.
Your body isn't compartmentalized into separate systems, it's all connected!
When we take this perspective of holistic health instead of treating one symptom at a time, we get to the real root causes and are able to get WAY better results.
You can’t treat the thyroid without looking at gut health, you can’t treat sex hormone imbalance without looking at adrenal health, can’t treat gut health without looking at thyroid and adrenal health, etc.
Therefore, a Functional Medicine practitioner is here to help you to address your health as a whole instead of treating one symptom at a time.
